Unnecessary provision of a transfer
If a transfer is unnecessarily provided because the customer did not inform us on the return day, a flat fee of 20 EUR will be charged.
Cancellation of reservations
Dear customers, please cancel reservations that cannot be used in writing by email so that we do not provide extra staff at the parking area.
